Bottom ash: Bottom ash is blackness value that blackness tester prints proofs not including blank words. Under normal circumstances, the bottom ash values of the original OEM toner are 0.05-0.06, greater than 0.06, the visual result appears a bit dirty in printing proofs. Bottom ash value of BBM toner compared to original OEM is approximate, about 0.05-0.06. The reasons affecting the bottom ash value mainly are related to toner conductive characteristics and the size of toner particles. Conductive ablity stronger. the finer particles more easy to produce bottom ash. In general, each model of printers in toner electrical demand is different. This is the reason that we emphasize powder being used in special printer. In addition, because the photosensitive layer of photosensitive drum surface was damaged, then not only caused leakage, but formed bottom ash.
Feifen Rate: Feifen rate refers to the rate that a certain amount of toner produced Feifen in the normal printing. Feifen rate directly impacts on the number of sheets printed by a certain amount of toner. Toner Feifen rate of between 5% -7% is the normal range.
Resolution: Resolution refers to the point that can be printed per inch (DPI). The thickness of the toner particles will directly affect the resolution. At present, the toner resolution mainly include 300DPI, 600DPI, 1200DPI, while the resolution of HP1200, HP4100 printers in the 1200DPI, their demand in powder is pretty high.
Given the degree : Given the degree refers to the ability that the toner attached to the surface of paper melt and penetrate into the fibers. the melting point is main facor to affet given the degree of a toner. Melting point is too high or too low will affect the proofs of the printing.
Ghosting: Ghosting was created because light-sensitive surface of the text graphics formed ranging digital charge region, then according to the completion of an image, still residue the charge region that can be induced into a latent image, so that the next time imaging can still be reflected on its latent image. Toner's electrical directly impact on whether ghosting phenomena is obvious or not.
